July 1, 2009 – Cauthorn House
Doyle sent me the following image of his watercolor painting of the fountain at Cauthorn House. According to Terry Tallis, “painting water is like painting an elephant, just paint everything that doesn’t look like an elephant.”

Mike,
How can I send all the pix I took at Cauthorn House? I have them in Picassa. Thanks Carol

Carol,
I hope this email finds you – and finds you doing well.
I did a little playing around on the internet today looking for you and happily I found you in Brush strokes and here. but, alass – no phone number and no email that I could find.
Anyway, if this does get to you I hope you’ll return a note by email or, if you’d like to talk in person, call my cell at 847.420.5732.
It’s been way to long and we have so much to catch up on – half a life time it seems.
With fondest regards,
Vicki
